New SYC Racing Mark X

The status of SYC Racing mark X has been in question for some time.  After a number of reports that it had gone missing, photographic proof was provided by Winston Bumpus that the mark was still in place.

The mark has been replaced by a 9 inch diameter white pole buoy with an orange band at the top.  It was attached to the anchor chain used for the previous buoy, and as such should be in the same location.

This new mark will be more visible and hopefully will endure the upcoming winter storms.  Look for X to be included in upcoming races.
