On Saturday, Oct. 22 the club will putting on the Racer’s Ribs Dinner following the South Bay Championship and Corkscrew Slough Regatta. Lina will be preparing the following sizzling, tangy, zesty BBQ dinner:
- Baby Back Ribs
- Baked Beans
- Cole Slaw
- Green Salad with Cucumber, Tomato and Black Olives
- Ranch or Italian Dressing
- Garlic Bread
- Apple Pie and Ice Cream
All for $18.00
Dinner will be served around 6:00 pm, after the racers return.
All club members are invited and encouraged to attend this event.
The racing awards from this year’s program are given out that night. So if you are a racer, whether skipper or crew, you should plan on attending. If you aren’t a racer, come for the dinner and enjoy the ambiance of the club and help close out our 2015-2016 racing season.
No matter what, be prepared for some great BBQ!
