The Paddle Fleet offers opportunities for Sequoia Yacht Club members and their guests to explore the San Francisco Bay Area in ways that are often impossible for larger boats. Our events are for paddlers of all experience levels.
We will explore a part of the Bay, socialize, and have fun. This is not hard core exercise. Some events are in locations where you will need to bring your own kayak, but we also organize events where there is an opportunity to rent your own kayak/paddleboard nearby.
As always – safety first! Please ensure you bring/wear a PFD/Life Vest. And do not exceed your ability/confidence levels. Please add bow and stern lines to your kayak if possible, as this allows rafting up and towing and other related interaction as needed.
Please register for the event if you plan to participate, so that the Paddle Fleet captain knows who to expect and can plan accordingly. Further details are with each event’s sign up page. For questions, please reach out to our Paddle Fleet Captain.
